At The Interior Design Institute, we love seeing our graduates take their passion for interiors and turn it into thriving careers. This month, we’re excited to shine a spotlight on the talented all-female team at Olive Interior Styling, made up of 8 creative and dedicated stylists.
Among them, the 5 graduates from our course — Bree Grundell, Christine Misseri, Bianca Peart, Hannah Baker, and Leticea Kellett — have transformed their studies into a successful and inspiring career in interior styling. From business operations and property styling to social media and full-scale interior design, each team member brings her own unique skills and perspective to every project.
Olive is the brainchild of Phoebe Croucher, the founder and director, whose vision and leadership have guided the team to create beautiful, functional spaces for their clients.
Their journeys show how an IDI education can open doors, build confidence, and empower students to succeed across a wide range of design careers.

At Olive Interior Styling, we’re a team united by creativity, passion, and a love for making spaces beautiful. Our journeys here have been wonderfully different—some of us come from business, others from building, and a few from hands-on design adventures—but we all share the same spark: a passion for interiors.
Every experience, project, and little twist along the way has shaped who we are and what we bring to Olive. Together, we combine our skills, ideas, and energy to create spaces that are stylish, functional, and full of personality. We work hard, laugh often, and celebrate every transformation—because designing beautiful spaces should be just as fun as living in them!

After over 10 years in business and building, I pursued my true passion for design. I started as a Property Styling Coordinator at Olive and now proudly lead Business Operations. Outside of interiors, I love reading, spending time with family, and exploring creative outlets.

I’m an interior designer passionate about styling, furniture sourcing, and creating functional, beautiful spaces. Inspired by architecture, fashion, and nature, you’ll often find me singing, riding motorcycles, or sketching ideas.

Mum of three, married to my high school sweetheart, lover of interiors and real estate. After renovating and building homes with my husband, I turned my passion into a career at Olive, covering property styling, social media, and interior selections.

Interior designer, dog mum of two, creative at heart. My career has zig-zagged through building design, real estate, and even as a builder’s labourer, but interiors are my true passion. Outside work, I love golfing, photography, and DIY projects.

With over six years of experience in construction project management, I have a strong knowledge of schedules, colour selections and the building process. Completing my studies with The Interior Design Institute in 2020 allowed me to pursue my true passion for interiors. Now as part of Olive, I enjoy bringing each client’s vision to life and creating beautifully styled homes.
